We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, breach of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) laws or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected. We adhere to AML requirements and may request that forms be completed to verify your purchase for items that exceed £/$10,000-00.

Repairs

We will repair any design purchased from us after prior assessment. Repairs will be offered either free of charge or at a reduced rate which will be paid by the customer. Kindly contact us on info@laviejoailler.com.

In certain cases we may not be able to repair certain styles as the bespoke parts and components may no longer be available. We will try our best endeavors to offer you alternative solutions including unassembling and re-creating a completely new jewellery piece with the stones and 18kt gold from your jewellery piece.

Taxes & Duties

The Prices are exclusive of any and all applicable Taxes and Duties. You are responsible for the payment of any and all taxes payable on the purchase, import and customs clearance of the Goods when the Goods arrive at your destination country/region. You are advised to contact your local customs authority for details and procedures of payment of such Taxes.
