How do I return or exchange a product?
Products purchased on La Vie Joaillier website or Instagram may be returned to La Vie within 14 days from the date of receipt for an exchange.

Items bought during flash sales, promotions are excluded from the return and exchange policy.

If you wish to arrange an exchange, please contact our Client Relations Team via email bespoke@laviejoaillier.com and provide the following information

1. Order Number and Date

2. Item(s) to be returned for exchange

3. Reason(s) for the return

Our creations must be returned in a new, unworn, undamaged state including original packaging undamaged. We offer a one-time exchange to another product of your choice.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) and confirmation of its original condition, we will notify you via email on store credit details. We endeavor to process your returned item within 5 working days.

La Vie is not responsible for the carrier fees for exchanges.

La Vie reserves the right to final decision in case of dispute.


Can I return or exchange engraved, embossed or modified creations ?
Creations that have been engraved, embossed or modified to your preference may not be returned for exchange.
