All products are handmade by our seasoned craftsmen. It takes approx. 3 to 4 weeks counting from the date payment is received.
Yes, you will be given the opportunity to create a personalized message for each individual item. The message will be hand written on your behalf on a white card, enclosed in an enveloped, arrive together with your gift package.

Deliveries And Returns
1. Local Delivery
Orders are free of charge in Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR
We dispatch the products within 24 hours after we received your order unless we contact you otherwise. Product tracking will be provided as soon as the item is picked up by our logistic partner.

Notes:
● The shipping charge is on the basis of single order and is not refundable
● We dispatch the products within 48 hours after we received your order unless we contact you otherwise. Product tracking will be provided as soon as the item is picked up by our logistic partner.
● Each order of the Goods will be insured (subject to the terms of the insurance policy) during the time while it is in transit until it is delivered to your designated delivery address.
● The actual time of delivery is subject to the delivery schedule of FedEx or DHL. It is advisable to buffer extra time during holiday seasons.
Creations that have been engraved, embossed or modified to your preference may not be returned for exchange.

Our Diamonds and Jewelleries
We vouch that all products sold by La Vie Joaillier are made of genuine 18 karat gold, conflict-free natural diamonds, rubies, sapphires and emeralds. Any diamonds 0.30ct or above will be accompanied with a GIA certificate issued by the Gemological Institute of America. Other than GIA certificate, where appropriate, our color stone items are accompanied with GRS certificate issued by GemResearch Swisslab AG.

Yes, we can make a new piece for you in your desired gold color without additional charge. We will keep the price the same.
Use a soft brush with a solution of mild dish soap and lukewarm water. Rinse well, dry with a clean, lint free cloth.
Keep in a dry box away from sunlight, air and humidity, one with soft padding that you can comfortably place and retrieve your jewellery items. Keep diamonds away from each other so that they won’t be scratched.
