Our three tiers are based on your spending in a 12 month period online with benefits increasing with each level.

La Vie’s appreciation to our customers, our loyalty program gives back to you. The more you shop, the more you are rewarded. You’ll earn points for activities on our website, like purchases, following us on social media and more.
Anyone who signs up for an account on the Become Vip page is automatically enrolled.
You can earn points by ways shown in the rewards section. For example, create an account, make a purchase, following us on socials.
If you have enough points you can claim rewards listed in your accounts page.
Points are valid for 12 months. If you have not spent your accrued points in a 12 month period your point balance will be reset to 0.
Approved can be redeemed on rewards immediately. Pending means these points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. The approval period is 30 working days. Cancelled means these points will not be added to your account. For example, if you or your referral cancels a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
No limit at all! You are welcome to earn as many as you can.
Redeemable vouchers are applied in the discount code section during checkout. Vouchers may not be combined or used with other code offers.
You will receive an email with your birthday voucher, You will need to copy the code and enter it at checkout.
Only one loyalty voucher can be used per order.
Once logged into your account, click on any of the social media outlets you wish to follow and login to that platform and like, follow or subscribe. If you already follow us and want to be rewarded simply select your chosen social media channel while logged in to your social profile and the system will verify your account.
There are 3 tier levels – Sapphire, Ruby and Diamond that correlate with your spend over a 12 month period.
Once you start earning points and have hit the next tier point/spend level, you will automatically be included in the next tier.
Once you enter a tier you will stay there for 12 months. At the end of the 12 months period, your tier status will be re-evaluated based on your purchase amount.
